Today I am going to share Karachi Famous beef white Biryani Recipe
of asad pakwan Center Karachi.
Ingridents of ( 4 Kg Rice & 4Kg Beef )
Step 1 :
Tomatoe : Medium Size 2
Onion : Medium Size 1
Cumin Seeds : 4 Tablespoon
Fennel Seeds : 2.5 Tablespoon
Coriander Seeds : 2 Tablespoon
Star Anise : 4 To 5
Clove : 10 to 12
Black Cardamom : 4 to 5
Green Cardamom : 7 to 8
Black Pepper : 15 to 20
Cinnamon : 2 inch 3 piece
Salt : 4 to 5 Tablespoon or as per your taste
Bay leaf : 5 to 6 leaf
Green Chili Paste : 6 Tablespoon
Ginger and Garlic paste : 4 Tablespoon
White Pepper : 2 Tablespoon
Step 2 :
Beef : 4 Kg
Add All Spices
Yogurt : 500 Gram
Cooking Oil : Half Liter
Water : 2.5 Liter
Cook on high flame for 5 minute then cook on low flame untill meat tender it will take almost 1.5 hour

4 Kg Rice and 4 Kg Beef Recipe
Tomato 2 Medium size and onion 1 medium size Cumin seeds 4 to 5 tablespoon and fennel seeds 2.5 tablespoon Coriander seeds 2 tablespoon Clove 10 to 12
Black cardamom 4 to 5 and green cardamom 7 to 8 Black pepper 15 to 20 and cinnamon stick of 2 inch 3 Salt 4 to 5 tablespoon and Bay leaf 5 to 6 Green chilli paste 5 to 6 tablespoon and ginger and garlic paste 4 tablespoon White pepper 2 tablespoon Add All spices

Yogurt 500 gram then add cooking oil 500 gram Cook on high flame for 5 minute then cook on low flame until meat tender It took almost 1.5 hour to tender
Coriander leaves half bunch and mint leaves half bunch Green chili small 10 to 12 Cumin seeds 3 to 4 tablespoon and fennel seeds 2 tablespoon White pepper 2 tablespoon and fried onion 50 gram Red chili flake 2 tablespoon Nutmeg powder 1 tea spoon and mace powder 1 tea spoon
Add boiled basmati rice 2 kg 70 percent done then add again 2 kg boiled rice 90 percent done....
